Here is a movie that has several different 'girl's being tortured in dungeon' scenes. One involves being stretched on a rack like device and another involved a strappado like situation with weights. Both looks really painful.

the water torture and the rack scenes are very good. the strappado is obviously faked though and no where near as good as the classic scene of Natalie Portman (cirque standin, unfortunately) in goya's ghost.
yes, the goya's ghost one is by far the best strappado scene I have ever viewed. I believe I have video of it up somewhere on here, unless youtube has taken it down from their site.
